MINUTES:

Correction to April minutes – Tom was not present.  April minutes proposed by Sandy, seconded by Michael.

MATTERS ARISING:

Hustings – Sandy did not have enough time to organise a hustings for the elections and it was considered unvialble because so many of the candidates were off-island.

TRAVEL EXPO:

John gave his report for Expo ’07.  Information packs have been sent out to interested parties and good replies received from new contacts praising speed of delivery for the info packs. 

John will send photos to Georgia for the website.  Sandy thanked John for all his work & organisation for the Expo.

MEMBERSHIP:

Michael had drafted a letter for potential members.  A list was compiled from local press advertisements for potential new members.
